Refund policy

Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns will be at the expense of the customer.

Return Conditions: We only accept returns for fishnet tights that have not been opened and removed from the package. Due to the intimate nature of these products, they cannot be tried on. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for opened packages.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges and Store Credit: Customers have the option to exchange their item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Alternatively, customers can opt for store credit to be used towards future Mira Threads purchases.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
