Destinations: We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and select other countries. Please contact us for more information about international shipping options.
Shipping Carrier: We use Auspost as our primary shipping carrier.

- Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
- New Zealand and other countries: Shipping times may vary. Please contact us for estimated delivery times.
Express Shipping: We offer express shipping as an expedited option for faster delivery within Australia.
Shipping Costs:
- Within Australia:
- Orders over $50 (non-tracked): Free
- Tracked orders: $5
- Express shipping: $10
- Orders over $100 (tracked): Free
Additional Shipping Information:
- All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or weekend will be sent the following Monday afternoon.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
- Mira Threads is not responsible for any additional fees charged by International Customs or Post Office Bills.
